Dry-Run Thanksgiving round up etc
Last night's dry run Thanksgiving went off without a hitch, tho those of you who couldn't make it were sorely missed. Everything was yummy and it seems no one had much trouble preparing their dishes. No major mishaps, no fires, nada. Honorable Mention goes to Jason and Ximena who carved up the turkey with panache and elegance.
If anyone wants to try out the recipes we made, comment here requesting them.
Next month's meet, the second weekend in December (I belive we made it for early that sunday, the 17th tho the exact time is still TBD) will be hosted by the lovely ms. Tara. The theme is indeed holiday recipe exchange. All those who want to participate should choose a recipe that either they or their family make around the holiday time and then we shall swap with one another.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I'd like to shoutout to the tofurkey, as it was way tastier than it looked. however, in the future if I make it from scratch i'm going to process up the tofu not crumble it by hand. too lumpy.

Hi Cooks:
Here's the online recipe for the Cranberry Cherry Relish. We can all thank Eating Well magazine for its goodness.
